Leaving the District (Graduation or Transfer)
Graduating Students:
You will have access to your Canvas, Google, J-Drive (network files), and Campus Student/Parent portal account until July 1 of your graduation year.

- If you are using your nilesk12.org account on any third party sites or services (ie dropbox, pandora, twitter etc), please change or update them.
- You can click here to see what apps you are connected to with your nilesk12.org account to change that as well.
- Transfer or archive content that you want to keep – instructions for this are shown below.
Campus Student/Parent portal
- This will allow you to see/pay any outstanding fees, if applicable.
- If you’d like to save any information from your account: More -> Student Reports
- Each page has a button at the bottom titled “View PDF” to print or save from your browser.
- You may want to download your grade reports or other documents.
- Access the Campus Student/Parent portal
Unenrollment of Chromebook
- Your Chromebook will be officially unlocked from the school network 48 hours after your official grades are posted.

Transferring Google content:
Email and Drive Only
For transferring ONLY Email and Drive to a personal gmail account, you can use https://takeout.google.com/transfer
OR
You can follow these instructions to copy your Email and Drive content from your school account to another account.
Download all data for G-Suite products:
To download all your data, such as emails, Drive docs, calendar, contacts, etc to another account:

Transfer Students:
Follow the steps above, however transfer students MUST RETURN any device given to them to the Student Help Desk before transfer papers are signed.
- Niles Township retains ownership of devices - these are only gifted to students of District 219 at the time of graduation.
- Device must be returned in working condition with the charger.
- Any damages or missing equipment will be assessed a repair or replacement fee.
