Parking and Visitor Guidelines

Visitor Check-In

All visitors during the school day should check in
at the front desk of the main entrance (Door 2).
A valid government-issued photo ID card is required.
Visitors should schedule an appointment with the staff member they wish to see. If you have not made arrangements in advance, a school administrator may prohibit visits to avoid disruption to the educational environment and to protect the safety and welfare of the students and staff.

  • Visitors will be accompanied during their appointment.
  • Visitors must comply with Board of Education policies and school regulations.
  • Students may not schedule visitors during the school day.
  • A parent/guardian who is picking up a student during the school day must have prior authorization from the Health Services Office or Assistant Principal.

Visitor Parking

Niles North has designated parking areas for visitors. Visitors should not park in staff or student spaces during school hours,
8:00am - 3:30pm.

The Safety Department is responsible for ticketing vehicles that park in authorized spaces on school days.

There are no parking restrictions on weekends and non-school days.
